Brutal Reality for Abandoned Animals

A heartbreaking discovery was made on the Mountain Parkway in Lexington, Kentucky, when ten puppies were found dumped along the side of the road on Friday morning. “If we had stricter laws here in Kentucky this wouldn’t be going on,” Spreitzer said. “We have to have solutions to the problems, because the only ones that suffers from all of this are the animals.”

Spreitzer pointed out that some rural counties charge a minimal adoption fee of $25 for animals, but fail to provide necessary spay and neuter services.
