The New York Post has learned that animal sacrifices are occurring in the animal-filled parkland surrounding Jamaica Bay, a popular tourist destination. The Post has obtained exclusive footage of the disturbing rituals, which show chickens being brutally beaten, pigs being forced into cages, and rats being killed in gruesome ways. The Post has also learned that the sacrifices are being conducted by a group of individuals who are believed to be members of a religious sect.

This is due to the presence of a large Hindu temple, the Vishnu Temple, located in Jamaica Bay. The temple, built in 1985, is a significant landmark for the community, offering a space for worship, cultural events, and social gatherings.
