Check Out Our Bucking Bronco of a Kitten!

She was adopted when she was 8 weeks old.

The first thing to consider when you decide to adopt a cat as opposed to buying one is how old it will be when you take it home. If you’re going for a kitten, don’t bother if the cat is more than eight weeks old—its immune system is too immature and actions like fighting and playing are inherently more dangerous, as more severe injuries can occur.

If you’re planning on adopting an adult cat, make sure that it’s healthy and has all of its shots before taking it home. This way, before you even bring your new pet home, they will already be checked off your list of things to do. You can also find out where the cats in your area are being kept by visiting Cat Action and Adoption Network (www.catactionandadoptionnetwork.org), which is a helpful website that helps find local shelters or rescue groups who may have kittens or older cats looking for homes.

She is named after a certain character in an anime.

This is where things get interesting. The cat’s name is Konata, after the main character of a slice-of-life anime that you either know and love or haven’t yet watched called Lucky Star. The show is about teenage girls doing mundane things like eating junk food, spending time with their friends at the arcade, and watching anime together. It’s sweet and funny in a realistic way—it doesn’t have fantasy elements or high drama like other animes do; it focuses on these girls’ day-to-day experiences, which are still funny and engaging even if they don’t involve nunchucks or giant robots.

Konata Izumi, the main character of Lucky Star, loves playing video games (she especially loves arcade games), watching anime and reading manga (Japanese comics). She also adores eating sweets—especially ramen—and has a very outgoing personality. She’s a fun person to be around! Just like our kitten!

Her owner first noticed she was special when he tried to pick her up and she kicked his hand away.

So when you first adopted her, like most kittens, she was tiny. But unlike most kittens, she would let you know if there were any physical contact at all. Whether it was a pet on the head or a deliberate pick up (she still doesn’t like to be held), she would buck and wriggle her way out of your hands. She was also extremely energetic from the get go, kicking off her days with energy that could rival a rodeo horse. All of these things combined made for one unique cat–one day soon after adopting her, he even tried to pick her up and she kicked his hand away! He knew that day that this was no ordinary kitten; no mere housecat…but rather a cat with the heart of a wild bronco!

When you face her with her back to your feet, she begins to kick up like a horse getting ready to buck.

The cuteness factor is impressive, but it’s also a great way to tell when she’s getting overstimulated by petting or has reached her limit. When you face her with her back to your feet, she will begin to kick up like a horse getting ready to buck. She starts by kicking up her legs one at a time, and then both back legs at once until finally all four paws leave the ground. If you try to keep stroking or petting her when she does this, she might put her front paws all the way down on the ground, stand on them and then kick up with all of her back legs in an attempt to escape. This can look pretty comical, especially compared to other cats who simply hiss and run away if they get annoyed.

She has some real horse-like qualities!

You may be surprised to know that this is not a cuddly cat. She’s more like a bucking bronco. If you sit on the ground, she will come up to you, hop on your leg, and buck you. Like a real horse! If it’s not clear yet, she really likes to buck. If you command her to “buck”, she’ll do it right away. She has some real horse-like qualities!

If we are being honest though, the bucking can get very annoying when all I want is for my cat to come snuggle with me in bed after a long day at work 👀 But despite this issue with her personality (she is UNIQUE AND QUIRKY), I still love her dearly and find her personality entertaining and fun!

She can buck on command.

One of our favorite games to play with her is to hold a toy in front of her and say “buck!” Then, she will start bucking. It’s really funny to watch!

We love it when she bucks; it’s like she’s an actual bucking bronco. She seems to have so much fun doing it, too.

If you allow her a few minutes to warm up, she will jump on your leg and buck it in such a way that you remain standing but you feel the hit anyway!

This company is not recommended for those with weak ankles. In fact, I would recommend that you not allow her to do this at all because of the risk of ankle injury. That said, if you allow her a few minutes to warm up, she will jump on your leg and buck it in such a way that you remain standing but you feel the hit anyway! In other words, if you have one foot elevated on a chair or a stair step (as we did) she will put her front paws around your foot and push it down so hard that it feels as though she has slammed into your leg with all four feet.

I have seen several videos of small animals riding larger ones like horses—in this case our kitten was “riding” my husband’s foot. It was quite comical to watch as he tried to keep his balance while I recorded with my phone from above. Obviously an active cat—but what fun!

Her favorite toys are stuffed toys with long tails. These things can be as long as 12 inches before she grabs them and begins thrashing around with them in her mouth, just like most kittens do. However, what makes her unique is that she likes to put the tail end of the toy in between her front legs and grab it with both legs and then begin kicking and thrashing around with all four feet!

This is something I have never seen a cat do before. She acts just like a bucking bronco horse! It is rare that you see this because of how fast she moves around when doing this, but I managed to catch some photos so you can see it for yourself:

This cat is not the typical cuddly kitten who loves nothing more than lying on your lap all day watching TV. That’s not who she is. In fact, this cat does not like being held at all and does not like being picked up, though she is perfectly willing to snuggle up next to you or lie in bed with you if you let her make that decision herself!

That’s not who she is. In fact, [cat] does not like being held at all and does not like being picked up, though he/she is perfectly willing to snuggle up next to you or lie in bed with you if you let him/her make that decision himself/herself!Our kitten, Grawk, is not your average cat. When he was adopted from the animal shelter, we thought he was just a hyperactive and playful kitten, but we quickly discovered that this was not the case.

We have been raising cats for almost 40 years. You could say we have seen our fair share of kittens and cats. In fact, it would be fair to say that we are experts on the matter.

Until Grawk came along.

It started when he was only 8 weeks old. He would jump up on our laps, and then all of a sudden, instead of being a cute little ball of fur, he became a wild bucking bronco! He would arch his back and start pawing at us like a tiny tiger.

We laughed when we first saw this behavior, thinking it would pass, but then one day our daughter went to pick him up and she almost lost an eye! It was clear this cat had no intention of stopping his behavior any time soon. And so we began to call him Bucking Bronco Grawk (BBG for short).

Since then BBG has become part of our family—and quite the character! Though he still bucks like crazy every now and then, he’s

Hey, cat lovers! Check out this super cute kitten.

This little guy’s name is Kitten, and he likes to play! Sometimes he plays with his toys, and other times he plays with the humans in his life. His favorite game? Bucking. You see, Kitten has a bit of an attitude problem. When he doesn’t want to do something, he bucks his entire body until you let him go. He’s like a little bucking bronco—which is why we call him Bronco for short!

If you love Bronco as much as we do, be sure to follow him on social media for all the cutest updates about his life and shenanigans.

Hello, friends!

Today I wanted to tell you all about my adorable kitten, [cat name]. [Cat name] is particularly unique because he loves to buck. He reminds me of a bronco out on the range!

I first noticed this behavior when I was attempting to bathe him, and he kept jumping and bucking in protest. I thought it was just a fluke at first, but then he started doing it all the time! It’s adorable, but also a bit of a pain.

He especially likes to buck when he’s playing with his favorite toy: a stuffed rubber chicken that squeaks when you press it. He’ll jump up and down on it for hours!

I’ve tried training him out of it, but nothing seems to work so far. I’m going to give him some more time before I take him to the vet, but maybe you guys have any advice? Has anyone ever had a cat like this?

Thanks for reading!

I have a cat who loves to play and buck like a bronco. He’s an indoor cat and has lived with me for about three months. This behavior started after I realized he had fleas. I got rid of the fleas, but he is still bucking and acting restless. Is this normal? Do cats usually do this if they are missing something in their diet?

Hey everyone! We’re here to tell you about a really cool cat we just adopted: his name is [cat name]. This guy is a bucking bronco, y’all. I’m not kidding—he loves to leap up and down on your lap, and he’s got quite the kick. But never fear! He’s also one of the sweetest cats we’ve ever met, and he has a huge heart.

[Cat name] has been through it all. He was born with three legs, but that doesn’t stop him from chasing after anything that moves (and some things that don’t). His first family didn’t have time for him, so they gave him up when he was just a kitten—and the little guy had some health issues at first, too. But thanks to our amazing team at [shelter name], he was nursed back to health and ready for adoption in no time!

Our favorite thing about this cat? He LOVES cuddling. If you even look at him the wrong way (or maybe even if you don’t), he’ll sprint over, jump up in your lap, and snuggle right in next to you. It’s the most precious thing we have ever seen!

If

If you’ve never heard of a bucking kitten, you’re not alone. The first time I saw [pet name] do this, I was absolutely floored—and then I had to get my phone out to record it.

[Pet name] is a gorgeous British Shorthair cat who loves to play and flop over, but the thing that sets her apart is that she has a tendency to look like she’s riding a bull every time she plays with her toys.

In this video clip, she’s in the middle of a particularly fun game with her favorite feather toy. She starts off by rolling over on her back and grabbing the feather in her mouth…

And then next thing you know, she’s tossing around the feather and looking like she’s going for an 8-second ride!

[Pet name] is such a goofball; we just can’t stop laughing at her when she does this. We hope you enjoy the video as much as we do!

Hey, [name of blogger] here! Meet Buckaroo. Buckaroo is a kitten who loves to buck around, and he’s our favorite new friend.

We’re not sure where we found this little guy, but we think he may have been abandoned. We couldn’t just leave him out there, so we brought him in and started giving him some TLC. It turns out, this little guy has some big energy! He likes to jump on things and play fight with his sisters. I don’t know about you guys, but I’d say he’s just about the cutest thing ever. But don’t take my word for it:

Take a look at this video of Buckaroo showing off one of his favorite tricks:
